This contest is held by allcanadacontests.com (''the sponsor'') and is open to all subscribers of allcanadacontests.com network newsletter who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and are of the age of majority in the province in which they reside. To enter, visit www.allcanadacontests.com subscribe to the website's newsletter and remain an active subscriber for the duration of the promotion. You must provide a complete and valid email address to qualify for entry. Any email address returned undeliverable will be deleted from the drawing. Limit is one entry per person, per IP and per email address.

The current contest starts 2009-09-16 and closes at 23:59hrs EST (Eastern Standard Time) 2010-09-15. A random draw will take place September 16th 2010 to determine the winner. The selected potential prize winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, another potential winner will be selected. To be determined as a winner, the potential winner will have to answer a skill testing question. Chances of winning will depend on the number of active subscribers at time of draw. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

The prize consist in a $500 CDN payable in the form of a check or money order that will be sent by mail after validation of the winners name, address and majority status.

One prize per household. All decisions made, by the appointed contest judges, are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries/subscriptions which are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible or damaged, for any reason whatsoever.
